Our website and / or service does not have the intention to gather and process data about website users below the age of 16. Unless their parents or guardian gave them permission. We can however not check the age of a visitor, and therefore not check if users are above the age of 16. We recommend parents or guardians to be involved in the online activity of their children, to prevent the collection of children’s data without parental permission. What personal data we save if you use the DHS app

We do not save any of your data on our servers. All data is stored locally on the device.

App-specific permissions

The DHS app requires the following permissions to function optimally:

Location: The location permission is needed for the initial setup of the stove. By scanning for WiFi access points, the app looks for available stoves. You have the right to deny the app access to your location. After the initial setup the app will continue to function without it.

How long we save personal data

Domestic Heating Solutions BV will only save your personal data for as long as is needed to realize the goals for which your data was collected.
